(English) Modern Warships A to Z Full Tips and Guide
Basic Tips đ
How to Level Up Faster:
You can use a Premium Account by watching ads. It is available for free for 1 hour. This increases your Gold, Dollar, and XP earnings significantly. XP earnings increase by 50%, while Dollar and Gold earnings increase by 20%. More XP = Faster Level Up.
Every month, new Event Modes arrive, such as Tandem and others. These modes usually help you earn even more XP.
How to Earn More Dollars:
Using Ships purchased with Gold, bought from the Market, or obtained from the Battle Pass can increase your Dollar and Gold earnings by up to 20%. Activating a Premium Account provides an additional 20% Dollar/Gold boost and a 50% XP boost.
How to Earn Artcoins (Without Investing Money):
Watching ads gives you +1 Artcoin. You receive 1 Artcoin for every Artcoin Ad you watch. However, it takes time, so patience is important.
Let's learn another way to earn Artcoins without spending money:
➡️ Do you know about the Battle Pass?
Every month, a new Battle Pass arrives. Its main reward is usually a Market Ship.
By completing Daily Missions and finishing the Battle Pass, you can obtain the Ship.
After owning the Ship for 30 days, it can be sold on the Market.
If someone buys the Ship, you will receive Artcoins.
If you want to sell it faster, you can list it at a slightly lower price than the cheapest Ship currently available on the Market (for example, 10 Artcoins lower).
I would also recommend waiting 2–3 months before selling the Ship instead of selling it immediately. The value of many Ships increases over time.
I hope this helps some people!
Play Better, Live Longer – Simple MW Tips for New Players đ
Let me tell you a story.
A lot of new players joined the game today. From a distance, I immediately recognized one of them—shiny uniform, excited eyes, and ready to press every button he sees.
I've seen this type of player many times.
They think the game is simply: "Start the engine, move forward, and shoot."
Then they wonder why their Ship sinks as fast as a rock.
So I thought I'd share a few stories. Maybe they'll survive longer than a single match.
There was once a player we called "Speedy."
He believed:
Match starts → Rush to the middle → Shoot everything.
He never listened to anyone.
The result?
Before someone could even say, "Give cover!", he was already gone.
The truth is very simple.
Your best friend is not your Gun. Not your Missile.
The Island is your best friend.
If you stay behind an Island, enemies can shoot all they want, but you'll survive and have opportunities to counterattack.
But remember—
If the entire enemy team pushes together, no Island can save you.
The sea doesn't like lonely players.
Even a large Battleship will be destroyed if many smaller Ships attack together.
Always check the Map.
Pay attention to where your Teammates are and stay close to them.
Not sure who to follow?
Look at the Rank Stars.
Follow experienced Captains.
Stay behind them, provide cover, and attack the same target they're attacking.
Focus Fire = One of the biggest keys to victory.
Where you can't survive alone for even one minute, a Team can survive with ease.
Another new player once used a Torpedo Corvette like a Battleship.
He stayed far away and only fired from a distance.
I often wondered:
"How did he even graduate from naval school?"
Remember:
Every Ship has one goal—sink the enemy.
But every Ship has its own Style.
Like taking risks?
➡️ Use a Torpedo Boat. Get close and hit hard.
Prefer playing safely?
➡️ Use Gun or Grenade Launcher Ships.
Like dealing damage from long range?
➡️ Use Missile Ships.
But be careful.
AA can destroy Missiles.
And Decoys can distract them.
Timing is everything.
Carriers are a completely different world.
If you can't properly control a Corvette's Helicopter, managing a full Air Group will be difficult.
You can still play Carriers if you want.
Just remember that good Map Sense is essential.
Another mistake that everyone makes.
I made it too.
Whenever you buy a new Ship, it feels like:
- The Ship is slow
- The Guns are weak
- It's not fun to play
Then, instead of upgrading it, you start saving for another Ship.
The result?
❌ Defeat ❌ Frustration ❌ No fun
A senior player once told me:
"A new Ship is just an empty machine. Upgrades give it life."
After upgrading, my slow Ship became a monster.
Faster. Stronger. More damage.
So don't keep jumping from Ship to Ship.
Fully upgrade at least one Ship.
Upgrades never go to waste.
Today on this Ship, tomorrow on another.
When you buy a new Ship, it will already feel stronger from the start.
Consumables are very important too.
Using Decoys at the right time can save your Ship.
Being too stingy with them is like going into a storm without a life jacket.
Ships have many weapons:
- Torpedoes
- Missiles
- Guns
- Helicopters
New players often try to use everything at once and end up messing everything up.
Your Main Weapon is your true strength.
More Missiles?
➡️ Play at Long Range.
More Torpedoes?
➡️ Use speed and get close.
More Guns/GL?
➡️ Control Mid Range.
The other weapons are support.
They are not your main strategy.
The most common mistake?
Chasing Top Tier too quickly.
"Tier 1 is boring. I'll just buy Tier 3 immediately."
Then after buying it, they realize:
The Ship is good, but they have no power.
Because they never upgraded it.
The truth is—
Tier 2 is your first major milestone.
This is where you:
- Learn the game
- Build strategy
- Understand your playstyle
Top Tier will come later.
Many powerful Ships can be obtained for free through Events and Battle Passes.
You probably have some funny stories from when you were a new player too.
Maybe even about yourself.
Tell me about them.
And if you're new—
Learn from other people's mistakes.
Soon enough, you'll also get annoyed watching new players make the same errors.
But remember—
If I catch you in the middle of the Map, I'll call you "Speedy" too! đ
